At Dairyhouse Farm Barn, we keep our pricing straightforward and transparent, giving you exclusive use of our beautiful venue and everything you need for a relaxed, unforgettable celebration.
Peak Season
May • June • July • August • September 2026
Saturday Hire: £6,950
Includes:
Exclusive use of the venue and grounds
Indoor barn space (The Cow Shed – seats up to 150)
Orchard garden for outdoor ceremonies
Camping field with washroom facilities
Shepherd’s Hut bridal suite (with bubbly + breakfast hamper)
Spacious bungalow for the night before (sleeps 6)
Mid Season
March • April • October • December 2026
Saturday Hire: £5,700
Midweek Hire: (Mon–Thurs): £4,810
Includes:
Exclusive use of the venue and grounds:
Indoor barn space (The Cow Shed – seats up to 150)
Orchard garden for outdoor ceremonies
Camping not available mid season
Shepherd’s Hut bridal suite (with bubbly + breakfast hamper)

Low Season
January • February • November

Midweek Hire (Mon–Thurs): £3,800

Ceremony Fee
To hold your legal ceremony with us: £500
Covers setup and use of either the indoor space or orchard garden.

Your Day at a Glance
Every wedding at Dairyhouse Farm Barn is unique, but here’s an example of how your special day might unfold…

Check in from 4pm
Settle into the spacious bridal bungalow — perfect for you and your wedding party to relax, unwind, and start the celebrations early. With plenty of space to get ready in the morning, it’s a stress-free start to your big day.

Hair, makeup & breakfast
Wake up on-site and take your time getting ready in the bungalow. Your chosen suppliers can arrive to set up and help you prepare, while our team ensures everything is running smoothly behind the scenes.

1:00–2:00pm — Ceremony
Pimm’s under the trees while your photographer captures those just-married moments.
4:00pm — Wedding Breakfast
Sit down in The Cow Shed barn for your wedding meal, catered by our brilliant in-house team. Drinks packages available, or bring your own with corkage.
6:00pm — Speeches & Cake Cutting
Share stories, cut the cake, and toast to love.
7:30pm — Evening Guests Arrive
Welcome your evening guests and head to the bar — fully stocked, card and cash friendly, and run by our lovely staff.
8:00pm — First Dance & Party Time
Dance the night away to your chosen DJ or live band. The barn comes alive at night with music, fairy lights, and laughter.
11:30pm — Last Orders
Final drinks from the bar are called at 11:30pm.
12:00am — Carriages
Guests depart or head to nearby accommodation. You retreat to your cosy shepherd’s hut, complete with a bottle of bubbly and breakfast for the morning.
Optional Extra: Glamping
Looking for extra on-site accommodation? Glamping is available on request, complete with washroom facilities and a touch of rustic charm under the stars.
